Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 lemon, zested and juice
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, zest, garlic, rosemary and oil
- Add chicken, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hrs
- Heat BBQ or chargrill pan and cook 6 mins each side
