Chicken Fajitas


Ingredients (serves 2)
  • 1 chickem breast, sliced into strips
  • 1/2 packet Old El Paso Fajita Seasoning
  • Oil
  • Red Capsicum, sliced
  • Onion, Sliced
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 Tortillas
  • Sour Cream
  • Tomatoe Salsa
  • Mashed avacado mixed with finely chopped red onion
  • Lettuce
Method
  1. Put chicken in a bowl with the Fajita seasoning whilst you prepare the veggies
  2. Heat frying pan with oil
  3. Cook onion until soft
  4. Add chicken until nearly cooked
  5. Add capsicum and mushrooms and cook until soft
  6. Heat Tortillas
  7. Put chicken misture in a bowl
  8. Serve with sides of sour cream, salsa and avacado
  9. Spoon sides onto tortilla and then put chicken mixture in.  Add lettuce then wrap
