Simple hearty classic.... add some cream for vichychoise!
Ingredients (2 servings)
- 30g butter
- 1 leek
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 potato
- salt and pepper
- Heat butter in pan
- Cook leek for 10 mins
- Add chicken stock and potato and cook for 15 mins
- Blend
- Add salt and pepper
