Ingredients
- 8 sausages
- 1 large onion
- 6 flat mushrooms
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 x 35g mushroom soup mix
- 1/2 cup sherry or orange juice
- 6 medium potatoes
- Put sausages at bottom of slowcooker
- Put potatoes in with cut side to edge
- Put rest of ingredients in (mix mushroom soup mix with water first)
- Put on LOW for 6-8 hours
