Meatloaf (Matts mum)


Ingredients
  • 500g beef mince
  • 500g sausage mince
  • Soft white breadcrumbs from half a loaf of bread
  • 1 large onion, grated
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • pinch of mixed herbs
  • (you can also add an egg and tomatoe sauce)

Method
  1. Combine all ingredients well and press into loaf tin
  2. Oven bake at 150C for 1 hour
  3. Make sauce - melt butter and cook a chopped onion.  Add small tin of tomatoe paste.
